Q: Is the game actually completed? Is it confirmed to work on the real Neo Geo hardware?

A: Yes, the game is 100% completed and functional, both on emulation devices and on real AES and MVS hardware. Same goes for the PC, PSP and DC ports, they’re all ready for production :)

Q: Why is the game on pre-order?

A: We need the pre-orders strictly to fund the physical release; we appreciate and value your confidence and your patience during the wait, which we’ll do our best to make as short as possible. The best place to be updated about the production status is our Discord chan, but do not hesitate to contact us by email.

Q: Why does it take months before shipping?

A: We still have a little work to do on the printed material; more importantly, production, assembly, and quality assurance take time and can be subject to unpredictable delays. We’ll do our best to respect the announced schedule and bring you a great product!

Q: Are you going to port the game to other systems?

A: Cyborg Force was originally developed for the Neo Geo, and it has already been ported to the PC, PSP and Dreamcast (all versions are on the “Romstick” edition, and will be available for download). Neo Geo CD is still unsure at this point. No, we can’t see Amiga 500 and Mega Drive ports happening ;-)

Q: Where are the digital downloads??

A: We cannot offer downloads on pre-order. All versions of the game will be available for purchase once the physical editions are ready to ship.

Q: I just purchased a physical copy of the game, do I also get a digital version?

A: We cannot offer this at the moment unfortunately, as our web interface doesn’t allow us to link a download to a physical purchase. We are trying to find a workaround.

Q: Are you related to other companies or previous projects on the Neo Geo?

A: We made a fan game before, called The Eye Of Typhoon [Saiki/Tsunami Edition]. It’s completely unofficial and also completely free to download: https://ozzyouzo.itch.io/teot
